Availability
We work hard on keeping our product inventory database up to date and do not knowingly offer any item online that is not available. Of course and as in any business, things can go wrong from time to time and in that event we will always keep you informed if we hit any problems with processing your order.
Unlike many competitor websites, our experienced buyers select a range that we then physically carry in stock, rather that just list everything from every manufacturer (a lot of websites do this). This means that you know exactly where you stand when ordering from us and in general you'll receive a much speedier and efficient service because of it. If there is something you are unable to find please let us have a daytime contact number and we will happily give you a call to check availability and then obtain the item for you direct from the manufacturer. Please allow approximately 6-7 working days from order to delivery (which a lot of our customers tell us is quicker than sites who claim to carry it in stock !).
Regarding the terminology we use on our product ordering pages - here's a quick explanation.
In Stock - means that the product is available for dispatch within our normal (and target) 1-2 working day order dispatch time

Ex Factory - means that the product is available, but held in stock / made to order by our supplier. Please allow 7-10 working days for dispatch unless specified otherwise on the product ordering page.
Pre Order - means that new product in on its way to us and available to pre-order with dispatch from the approximate date advised on the product page.
Please note - if you place an order containing current and Pre-order / Customised Teamwear items we will hold your order until all items are ready for dispatch. If you require a split delivery please e-mail us to request this and we will get back to you with any additional shipping costs that may apply before shipping.
