Returns
Your satisfaction with your purchase is guaranteed. If for any reason you are not satisfied just return it within 14 days of receipt. Any item returned must be in a satisfactory condition please. If requested a refund will be applied to your original purchase method for the price of the item(s) returned that meet these conditions. Please note that we only accept returns if the goods are returned to us in satisfactory condition, we have the right to reject any defective items. You will be responsible for any charges incurred in returning your purchase and you will also be liable for any services provided to you in connection with your purchase, for example "knocking in" and any delivery costs incurred by us.
For your peace of mind and additional convenience we do extend our returns period to mid January for any items purchased prior to or for the Christmas period.
However please take extra care when ordering customised / personal items like under garments, shirt printing / badged Teamwear and helmets customised with embroidery or print as they are non returnable for refund or exchange unless delivered incorrectly or faulty.
For your protection and delivery security, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. If you are returning items due to error on our part we will be happy to refund the delivery charges incurred by you in sending the item back to us (up to a maximum of £6.95), or you can contact customer services to arrange a collection if you prefer. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or an item is faulty.
