Dispatch Terms

We will acknowledge receipt of your order via automated order received e-mail within a few minutes of receipt. We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 working days of receipt (excluding Sat - Sun & Bank Holidays). In reality, 95% plus of all orders are dispatched within 24 working hours of receipt. If your order is urgent or if you need same day dispatch (Mon-Thurs) please mark your order accordingly in the special instructions box or advise us by reply e-mail ASAP.

We will always advise you of any possible delays ASAP. Can we ask for your patience please from mid March to June and around Christmas when things are busy and so make take a little longer to ship. Please try and order early for Christmas and in pre-season to avoid any undue delivery delay disappointment.

We will happily deliver to a neighbour or your place of work etc if more convenient for you, which you can specify with your order by putting a note in the special instructions box or by selecting the delivery to other than your invoice/card address option at our online checkout.
