We have a huge selection of cricket equipment from all the best known brands including cricket bats, batting pads, batting gloves, and tons of other cricket equipment for you to choose from. Over the years there have been many additions to the cricket range and new brands like Puma, New Balance, Aero, adidas and DSC are now firmly established alongside long standing premier cricket brands like Gunn & Moore, Kookaburra, Gray-Nicolls and Newbery.
Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete your order.
We accept card payments from VISA, VISA Debit, Master Card, Maestro and Solo. We also accept Apple Pay, PayPal and PayPal pay in 3 payments. We use the tried and trusted Opayo payment gateway to collect your payment details safely and securely.
When you receive an automated confirmation of your order, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract yet exists between us. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced or overpriced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the very unlikely case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping and Handling
Normal delivery times are between 7.30am and 6.00pm Mon - Fri local time. UK mainland deliveries start at just £3.95 for small items up to a maximum of £6.95 per order for up to 25kg. Small items are sent via Royal Mail First Class Mail and larger items via Parcelforce tracked and signed for services.
Our site is fully automated to calculate your order shipping cost based on your location, size of parcel and chosen service - selectable where applicable, at the checkout.
For worldwide orders we will always advise you of any additional shipping costs (if applicable), before we process / dispatch your order.
We are able to accept orders from or ship to the UK Mainland, Highlands and Islands of Scotland, IOW, IOM, Isles of Scilly, BFPO, Northern Ireland, Ireland, The Channel Islands, Mainland Europe and some European Islands, USA/Canada, South Africa and Australasia... including New Zealand.
Delivery Schedule
We aim to dispatch within 1-2 working days and will advise ASAP of any likely delays in dispatching your order. We ship using Parcelforce / Royal Mail. Delivery times typically vary from 2-3 days for Royal Mail and next weekday using Parcelforce days from date of dispatch. Please note that orders containing pre-order items will be shipped once all items are in stock. Additional shipping costs may apply if you ask us to split your order into separate consignments.
Our statistics show 93% of our orders arrive within 2 days of ordering (exclusive of weekend orders)
Please inform us within two working days if the goods are believed to be lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem for you. Please quote your WEB invoice number or order number if different in all correspondence.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges
For all orders placed for delivery within the UK our prices include VAT at the prevailing rate (currently 20.0%). All orders for delivery outside of this area (and for BFPO bases) are VAT exempt and are calculated automatically, based on your delivery location.
PS - if you are in the Channel Islands please select Guernsey or Jersey as your destination country to receive VAT exemption - NOT UK as VAT will be charged if you do.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, just return it within 14 days of receipt. Any item returned must be in a satisfactory condition. Please note that we only accept returns if the goods are returned to us in satisfactory condition, we have the right to reject any defective items. You will be responsible for any charges incurred in returning your purchase (unless faulty or incorrect items have been received) and you will also be liable for any services provided to you in connection with your purchase, for example "knocking in" and any delivery costs incurred by us (unless we have made an error).

Returns Policy
Your satisfaction with our product is guaranteed. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, just return it within 14 days of receipt of shipment. For your peace of mind and convenience we do extend the returns period to mid January for any items purchased prior to the Christmas period.
Sorry but any Personalised products and undergarments (for health and safety reason) are non returnable.
For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service when returning any items and use the Goods Return Note that we enclose with your parcel.
If you are returning items due to error on our part we will be happy to refund the delivery charges incurred by you in sending the item back to us (up to a maximum of £6.95), or you can contact customer services to arrange a collection.
Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty.
A Note about damaged/cracked Bats
A very small percentage of bats sold are liable to crack under the massive stresses which take place when the ball hits the willow. This is why it is very important that you should take care when playing with your bat for the first time, please ensure that you have knocked in your bat, especially on the sides and the bottom of the bat face. Even if a bat is described as ready-to-play you should take care when using it in its infancy.
Unfortunately we do receive bats back from customers who have mis-treated their bat, and if the manufacturer recognises this, they will negate the warranty. If a bat is returned to us and the manufacturer agrees there is a fault with the bat, they will then either fix or replace the damaged bat. Returned bats can take up to 2-3 weeks to repair or replace.
If you do feel your bat has cracked or split and that there is a flaw with the willow, please return it to the above address with a note explaining what happened. If the bat is over 12 months old, we are sorry to say that you will have little or no case for a warranty repair or replacement.
None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.
